How long does installation take?
A typical house of replacement windows usually takes one to three days. Doors are often fitted in a day. Conservatories and orangeries take longer depending on groundwork and size.
Will my installation comply with Building Regulations?
Yes. Replacement windows and doors must meet Building Regulations for energy efficiency, ventilation, safety and means of escape. We'll make sure your installation is properly certified and you receive the compliance paperwork.
Do you remove and dispose of old windows?
Yes. Removal and responsible disposal of your old frames is included in our quotes.
Will installation be messy?
We put dust sheets down, work carefully and tidy up properly at the end of each day.
Do you offer guarantees?
Yes. Your new windows and doors come with a written guarantee. Full details are provided with your quote.
Can you match my existing windows?
In most cases, yes. There's a wide choice of colours, frame shapes and handles, so we can match or sit well alongside the windows and doors you're keeping.
Do you repair windows and doors?
Yes. We repair misted glass, broken locks and handles, worn hinges and tired seals on uPVC and aluminium windows and doors.
